Prostate cancer treatments

The types of treatment available to men with prostate cancer, always dependent on their suitability for those treatments.  There is plenty of ongoing research into prostate cancer treatments; some are suitable for low-risk localised prostate cancer and some are aimed at treating advanced or metastatic prostate cancer (where the cancer has “escaped” from the prostate gland and spread into other parts of the body).
