Shipping
We ship our book within Australia. Shipping costs to other countries from Australia are generally too expensive to be practical.
For overseas customers, it may be cheaper for you to buy our book through Amazon or other online booksellers.
We aim to process and post each order within one or two weekdays. If there is likely to be any delay, we will contact you to let you know.
We use Australia Post for all our shipping. Standard parcel post should be expected to arrive within several weekdays after posting, but can take longer.
Returns or Refunds
We pack each book with care before posting. If your book arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us ASAP so that we can resolve the problem.
If Australia Post charges us a cheaper price than the shipping costs that you have paid, we will refund the difference.
The Prostate Zone does not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST).
