Has your relationship changed after cancer treatment?

We have heard from many men (and their partners) that prostate cancer treatment can have a major impact on relationships.

Some relationships manage to stay strong. Some couples even feel closer than they were before the cancer came along.

For some couples, prostate cancer can be the straw that broke the camel’s back. This doesn’t always mean that a relationship will end, but it can be badly damaged.

This survey is designed to better understand how YOUR relationship has been impacted by prostate cancer treatment and its side-effects.

All responses to this survey remain anonymous. We do not collect your name or email address.

Once the survey has ended, we will compile all the statistics and publish them on our website. We will use any meaningful data to push for positive changes to help men and their loved ones.
